Scope of Work

RFI Deadline: May 19th at 2PM

Description: Modernization of administration building A (6,720 sf). Construction of new locker room building R (5,501 sf). Construction of new 25 stall parking lot. Demo existing locker room building. Site improvements. Relocation of (1) 36×40 portable building N for admin interim housing from stockpile. Construction of (1) 24×40 portable building P for admin interim housing. Associated site work along path of travel. Construction of a new Pavilion Building Q (6,832 sf) and related site work.

Prequalification: Prequalification is required by May 13th for all subcontractors holding any of the following license types EVEN IF YOU WILL NOT BE PERFORMING MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/ PLUMBING/ FIRE SPRINKLER/ OR SHEET METAL WORK. C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46.

(Example: If you are an insulation subcontractor who also holds a C-10 license, you will need to be prequalified even if you are not performing electrical work). Subcontractor/supplier further agrees that it is its responsibility to verify with the awarding authority the existence of all project bid documents, and that subcontractor/supplier shall not rely solely on the accuracy of the contents of the AMG & Associates Bid Center or Project tabs. It is understood and agreed by subcontractor/supplier that AMG& Associates, Inc., may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor/supplier, and that the requirements for such bonds are outlined in the standard subcontract agreement.
