Project Description:
The project consists of 2 pools; an 18-lane competition pool (12,689 sf) and a warm-up pool (2,543 sf), on-site development work, off-site development work and an electrical and storage building (P2- 409 sf), a toilet/ shower rooms building (P3- 1,618 sf), and a pool mechanical and storage building (P4- 1,635 sf). There is 1 Add Alternate for the snack bar building (P2- 1,063 sf).
*The district has procured the Myrtha Pool, sports lighting, and scoreboard for contractor to install*
Prequalification is required for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and sheet metal subs with the following licenses: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 and C-46. Prequalify through Quality Bidders by August 17th.
