The AMG Admin team recently had the opportunity to tour “The Rink Sports Pavilion” project, and the visit left us genuinely impressed. Seeing the site in person offered valuable perspective on the scale, coordination, and craftsmanship that go into bringing a community-focused facility like this to life.
From the moment we walked through the space, it was clear how much thoughtful planning and teamwork are driving the project forward. The structure, systems, and overall organization of the site reflected a high level of care and attention to detail. Walking the space alongside the field team helped connect the day-to-day office work with the real-world progress happening on site and that connection matters.
The tour was led by Akbar Massoud, Project Manager; Arian Masoumi, Project Engineer; and Ricardo Plascencia, Superintendent, whose knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident throughout the visit. Their walkthrough provided valuable insight into the planning, coordination, and execution behind the project’s progress and made for an informative and impressive experience.
The tour also highlighted the importance of collaboration across teams. Watching the work in motion, asking questions, and learning more about how each phase comes together gave our staff a deeper appreciation for the process and the people behind it.
Office staff members who attended the site visit included Eric Reifman, Aubrey Kuck, Brandy Rider, David Silva, Cinthya Espino, Jessica Heiden, Maria Fulgium, Belle Ruanto, and Hailey Lindell. Everyone walked away energized and proud to be part of a project that will soon serve as a vibrant destination for the community.
Thank you to the project team for taking the time to walk us through the site and share the story behind the work. Visits like these remind us why we do what we do, and who we’re building for - people, families, and community!
