Santa Clarita, CA – October 9, 2024– AMG & Associates (AMG) was recently awarded a new construction project from the Coalinga-Huron Unified School District for the construction of new TK Classrooms at Annie Cheney Kindergarten School. The project is valued at $3,973,950.
The project will consist of the construction of a new 6,439 classroom building with fire alarm upgrades at the administration building, alternation to the editing parking lot, and related site work.
Cheney Elementary School was originally opened in 1991 and currently serves approximately 70 students, of which over 80% are considered socioeconomically disadvantaged. The new classroom with expand opportunities for children, help to improve learning outcomes, and increase capacity at the school.

The project is scheduled for completion in July of 2025.
