Santa Clarita, CA - June 4, 2024 – AMG & Associates (AMG) has recently been awarded the new Town Civic Center construction project in Mammoth Lakes.
Valued at nearly $27M the new Town Civic Center in Mammoth Lakes is located on a 2.1-acre site and will consist of a 2-story, 19,337 square foot municipal office building that will be constructed by AMG.
The Town Civic Center is segmented into three elements: public, semi-private, and business operations. The public elements include a main lobby, public restrooms, and conference rooms. The semi-private elements include Town Council chambers, storage, meeting rooms, and private restrooms. The business operation element includes a two-story administrative office for various Town departments. This includes open and closed offices, meeting rooms, storage, workrooms, break room, interior bike storage, and restrooms.
Albert Giacomazzi, President of AMG, stated that the infill project will be a wonderful addition to the area. “With the Superior Court to the north, and the Mammoth Community Church, the Police Department, and the Civic Center to the west, this project will be a great addition and continue to help this region grow for the betterment of the community, Giacomazzi said.
Construction is scheduled for completion in July of 2026.
