AMG & Associates has been awarded a $3.4M project to renovate the Selma High School pool at 3125 Wright Street in Selma, CA.
The 35 meter pool will undergo a variety of construction improvements that include sandblasting and replacing the plaster, adding new electrical and lighting, replacing tiles, and adding swim lanes and end wall targets. Additionally, the entire pool deck will be replaced along with new energy efficient pool equipment and heaters, pumps, and chlorinators. Throughout this modernization project, ADA updates will also be completed in bathrooms and walkways.
Albert Giacommozi, President and CEO of AMG & Associates expressed excitement for the project that will serve so many people in the area. "We're grateful to be awarded this project that will not only provide students with a great facility, but also the community at large who also use the pool for recreation and exercise", Giacommozi said.
The project is slated for completion in the spring of 2025.
