Remembrance
Louis Randal Hartman, went to be with the Lord on March 10th, 2024, at the age of 67. He was surrounded by his family and friends in the weeks and moments leading up to his passing. Randy was a proud son, brother, father, and husband that was always there for anyone that needed him. When he was not working on building up Southern California, he enjoyed soaking up the sun and being out on river with his family and friends. He leaves behind his loving wife, Leslee, their four sons Michael, Bryan, Nicholas, and Dustin along with his mother Darleen, brother Ron and sister Robin. He also leaves behind his grandchildren Jude, Deacon, Brooks, Waylon, Rhiannon, Brody, Blake, and daughters in love Kelly, Jenae and Kara.
Randy served as AMG’s Vice President of Construction and was responsible for field operations. Randy's vast experience spanned over 40 years in the construction industry and his skills in large program organization was a tremendous help in AMG's growth and success. He was considered by all to be a brilliant and insightful mentor.
Randy’s strong leadership skills coupled with his great communication skills consistently led to a positive and successful working relationship with every owner on every project that he managed.
He will be missed greatly and always hold a place in our hearts.
