AMG has launched a companywide initiative to deploy Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) at active jobsites, further strengthening its commitment to creating safer work environments.
The new program ensures every designated jobsite is equipped with a fully automated AED and supported by trained responders capable of acting quickly during a sudden cardiac arrest event. AED placement, monthly inspections, and CPR/AED training are all part of AMG’s standardized safety protocol.
“Our teams deserve the highest level of protection,” said Corporate Safety Director Jon Broyles. “By adding AEDs to our jobsites, we’re taking an important step in safeguarding the well-being of everyone who steps onto our projects.”
The deployment aligns with California Health & Safety Code §1797.196 and follows best practices established by leading safety organizations. This initiative complements AMG’s broader efforts to elevate jobsite safety and emergency preparedness.
