Scope of Work

9700SF Construct a new DSA-approved classroom building at Von Renner Elementary School, including demolition, earthwork, concrete, structural steel/wood framing, roofing, doors/windows, finishes, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical,

data/communications, surveillance/fire alarm, paving, fencing, irrigation/landscape, and site water/sewer/drainage utilities.

The Owner has established a 3% DVBE participation goal for this project. We encourage qualified DVBE subcontractors and suppliers to submit quotations and participate in this bidding opportunity.

In the event of a conflict between or among any of the project bid documents, subcontractor/supplier’s bid or proposal shall be deemed to include the more stringent requirement. Subcontractor/supplier further agrees that it is its responsibility to verify with the awarding authority the existence of all project bid documents, and that subcontractor/supplier shall not rely solely on the accuracy of the contents of the AMG & Associates Bid Center or Project tabs. It is understood and agreed by subcontractor/supplier that AMG& Associates, Inc., may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor/supplier, and that the requirements for such bonds are outlined in the standard subcontract agreement.
