Zamora Park Renovation

Project Description:

The Trust for Public Land is managing the renovation of Zamora Park, an approximately 4.5-acre existing park in the City of El Monte. The Trust for Public Land is a national non-profit who develops park space in under-resourced communities and does so by partnering with local cities. The scope of this project will include but is not limited to:

New splash pad and restroom building
New playground
Playground shade
New landscape and irrigation
New lighting
Resurfacing of a basketball court
New concrete pavement

This project has federal HUD and section 3 requirements
