Site Improvements including a parking lot. Alt 1: ADA modifications, modernize existing PE building. Alt 2: Interior improvements to cafeteria & library buildings, install shade structure and remove courtyard.
Prequalification: Prequalification is required for this project for all mechanical/ plumbing/ electrical, fire sprinkler, and sheet metal subcontractors. You can prequalify through Quality Bidders by January 30th.
