Scope of Work

The construction of a new 10,920 Square Foot Fire Station with 600 Square Foot shed, above ground 1,000-gallon fuel tank, private sewage disposal system, backup generator and the Alternate Bid Number 1, 5,195 Square Foot Administration Building with a 400 Square Foot shed. The Project involves the construction of a new Fire Station and its associated construction structures, paving, parking lot, CMU walls, on-site water retention basin, solar system, above ground fuel tank, as identified on the approved plans, and the Alternate Bid Number 1, for the 5,195 Square Foot Administration Building, private sewage disposal system, with a detached 400 Square Foot shed, CMU walls, on-site retention, paving and associated structures as identified on the approved plans. Project is located in South Perris at 245 Murrieta Road.

The project is subject to the Community Workforce Agreement by and between the City of Perris, and San Bernardino/Riverside Counties Building and Construction Trades Council, and the Signatory Craft Councils and Unions.

In the event of a conflict between or among any of the project bid documents, subcontractor/supplier’s bid or proposal shall be deemed to include the more stringent requirement. Subcontractor/supplier further agrees that it is its responsibility to verify with the awarding authority the existence of all project bid documents, and that subcontractor/supplier shall not rely solely on the accuracy of the contents of the AMG & Associates Bid Center or Project tabs. It is understood and agreed by subcontractor/supplier that AMG& Associates, Inc., may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor/supplier, and that the requirements for such bonds are outlined in the standard subcontract agreement.
