Project Description:

Construction of 2 story library and fire station includes abating and demolition of existing building, including operational mechanical and electrical work and finishes. Removing and disposing of the existing on/off-site improvements; surveying; WQMP; constructing new Fire Station, Library, playground, and the associated utilities; constructing on/off-site improvements; containing all construction debris onsite; removing and disposing of errant debris; Export/Import the necessary soil to incorporate proposed design. arranging and coordinating with utility companies and U.S. Digital (alerting system) installations; testing for building water tightness; and landscaping establishment and maintenance.
