AMG was awarded two projects at Pinetree Community School in 2021. It is always a pleasure working with Sulphur Springs Union School District, which is in our hometown of Canyon Country, CA. Both projects were designed by Flewelling & moody Architects. The first project was completed in August 2022 and consisted of new construction of 16,175 sf single story, wood framed classroom building with 12 classrooms, student, and staff restrooms and related site improvements. This $7.8 million project also included a new retaining wall on the northeast of the new building.
The second project was completed in March 2023 and consisted of the modernization of an existing 3,700 sf building to convert into two classrooms and one teacher's workroom. AMG also constructed a new 5,588 sf administration building. This $4.3 million project also included modernization of the fire alarms system for several buildings on campus.
AMG takes great pride in building projects in our community and continuing our relationships with local school districts. These new facilities have proven to be positive spaces for our children to learn and grow as the Santa Clarita Valley expands.
