Fresno Area Express Facility Improvements

Construction of a reconfigured staff parking lot with a new gated driveway. Renovation of approximately 400 sf of the (e) administration building, including replacing an exterior door. Replacing the bus wash equipment and extending the roof canopy of the (e) fuel & wash building. Renovation of the approximately 500 sf (e) toilet & locker building. A small new building, the "fuel & wash annex". single-story, approximately 2,500 sf. from a life-safety standpoint, this is an addition to the nearby fuel & wash building.
