Chino Instructional Building

The project consists of a two-story, approximately 35,000 GSF building (“Instructional Building 1”) designed primarily for classroom instruction and faculty offices. Additional features include restrooms, a staff break room, and a mother’s room. The building has a footprint of approximately 23,540 square feet. The ground floor features a library with student meeting rooms and a large study area, a 3,000-square-foot meeting room, and restroom facilities. The second floor includes additional classrooms, a conference room, a staff lounge/break room, and faculty offices. Outdoor amenities include pedestrian walkways, bicycle racks, a signage wall, landscaping, two bio-retention basins, security lighting, and various infrastructure improvements.
