Scope of Work

The project involves the construction of a new Community Center and Event Center, consisting of a roughly 12,500-square-foot community center with multipurpose rooms, offices, and outdoor decks and patios, as well as a two-story event center totaling approximately 13,600 square feet. The scope of work includes full site and infrastructure improvements such as demolition, earthwork, and grading, along with the installation of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, asphalt paving, and striping. Additional components include landscaping, irrigation, and utilities for storm drains, water, and sewer systems. The project will also incorporate electrical, communications, and audiovisual systems, kitchen equipment, and backup power through a diesel generator, supplemented by solar photovoltaic systems. Interior finishes will be completed with roofing, furnishings, and other essential equipment.

Prequalification is not required for subcontractors.

In the event of a conflict between or among any of the project bid documents, subcontractor/supplier’s bid or proposal shall be deemed to include the more stringent requirement. Subcontractor/supplier further agrees that it is its responsibility to verify with the awarding authority the existence of all project bid documents, and that subcontractor/supplier shall not rely solely on the accuracy of the contents of the AMG & Associates Bid Center or Project tabs. It is understood and agreed by subcontractor/supplier that AMG& Associates, Inc., may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor/supplier, and that the requirements for such bonds are outlined in the standard subcontract agreement.
