Scope of Work

Interior improvements to Library building 8 to include new partitions and MEP upgrades to create new Career Center and IT rooms at former ESB. New light fixtures, overhead doors and new storefront at reading room. Exterior improvements at building 17 patio including removal of skateboard racks and landscaping and addition of stairs. Removal of exterior canopy/ trellis attached to building 2 (786 sf). Install of 2 exterior steel shade structures at art building 1 courtyard (1,000 sf)    and admin building 2 (794 sf). Remodel existing courtyard.

All MEP subs must holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 licenses must prequalify through Quality Bidders by April 29th

Subcontractor/supplier further agrees that it is its responsibility to verify with the awarding authority the existence of all project bid documents, and that subcontractor/supplier shall not rely solely on the accuracy of the contents of the AMG & Associates Bid Center or Project tabs. It is understood and agreed by subcontractor/supplier that AMG& Associates, Inc., may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor/supplier, and that the requirements for such bonds are outlined in the standard subcontract agreement.
