Demolition to the existing Northeast and South wings of 1-story Building MM (A# 03-67421) and 19,000 SF New construction of 1-story building with workshops and classrooms for Architecture, Horticulture, and Anthropology programs, and Administrative Offices.
Prequalification is required for the following trades: Abatement, structural steel, mechanical, and electrical. Please see the PQ Approval Letter AMG in Specs section for the list of prequalified subs.
There is a CSWPA (Community and Student Workforce Agreement) for this project.
There is an OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) for this project.
