Scope of Work

Construction of new 50-meter plaster competition pool with covered concrete bleachers, masonry buildings housing locker rooms, classroom, restrooms, and pump house. Project also includes sports and egress lighting. Building A (restroom & locker room) is 2,448 sf, Building B (restroom, classrooms, tiered seating) is 5,426 sf, & Building C (pool storage) is 1,605 sf.

Prequalification IS required for this project.

Any contractor with a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C46 and C-53 License(s) needs to be prequalified for this project. Prequalify through Quality Bidders by 5/16

Subcontractor/supplier further agrees that it is its responsibility to verify with the awarding authority the existence of all project bid documents, and that subcontractor/supplier shall not rely solely on the accuracy of the contents of the AMG & Associates Bid Center or Project tabs. It is understood and agreed by subcontractor/supplier that AMG& Associates, Inc., may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor/supplier, and that the requirements for such bonds are outlined in the standard subcontract agreement.
