Scope of Work

Construction of a new 6,266 SF type VB-S1, single story cafeteria building, with commercial kitchen, rest room structure and supporting underground utilities on an existing school campus. Site work includes demolition and reconstruction of on-site and minor off-site pavements and landscaped.

Prequalification IS required for this project.

Any contractor with a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, C46 and C-53 License(s) needs to be prequalified for this project. Prequalify by 6/6

It is understood and agreed by subcontractor/supplier that AMG& Associates, Inc., may, at its discretion, require 100% payment and performance bonds from subcontractor/supplier, and that the requirements for such bonds are outlined in the standard subcontract agreement.
